Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) Training Course

This 2 day course is suitable for any IT professionals who are interested in using the Waterfall model and how people have traditionally tried to deal with its shortcomings - including, but not limited to, Agile approaches.

The aim of the 1st day is to give an overview of these approaches enabling you to decide what might suit them in your environment.

The 2nd day looks at project management techniques and good practices that have been identified from Agile, and which can be applied in a Waterfall or Agile context.

The training "Scrum for Advanced Scrum Masters + Preparation for PSM II" is aimed at experienced Scrum Masters who want to expand their competencies, gain a deeper understanding of how Scrum works, and become true leaders in an agile approach. The course covers the interpretation of the Scrum Guide according to the vision of Scrum.org, which is crucial for the PSM II exam. Participants gain practical knowledge about comprehensiveness, empirical approaches, Scrum values, and the role of the Scrum Master as a leader. Additionally, the course prepares participants for the PSM II exam, based on the latest version of the Scrum Guide.

This course focuses on the business analyst role to be successful on Agile projects. Course participants will learn how to cooperate with the Team, Product Owner, Scrum Master as well as with the Customer to facilitate the development process. Participants will go through a mock project practising common scenarios.

This two-day course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a SAFe® implementation. The course covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of the program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices; the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value; and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts. The course offers actionable tools for building high-performing teams and explores practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise. Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (ASM).

This two-day course is designed to help teams that are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) operate effectively within an Agile environment by applying frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will learn how to function as Agile Teams, create and manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and execute iterations. The course also emphasizes understanding the team’s role within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, execute, and continuously improve alongside other teams.

The training prepares teams to participate in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a particular focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Completion of the course also prepares participants for the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).

The Scrum Practitioner training aims to introduce agile concepts and techniques in a classroom situation using a combination of talks, exercises and fun activities embracing the principle of ‘learning by doing’. During the course, there will be the opportunity to apply the techniques with a ready-prepared simulation, which will help consolidate learning.

Scrum uses an evidence-based framework that maximises the team's ability to respond to emerging requirements, deliver value quickly and adapt to new market conditions.

The goal of this approach is to understand and respond to customer needs in a timely manner and manage any other unpredictable challenge that may occur for which a sequential approach is not suitable.
