- Navigating in SAP S/4 HANA
- SAP GUI Screen
- SAP Fiori Launchpad (user preferences and access to the “Tile” catalog / homepage customization)
- Differences and similarities, work methods, and examples (comparison with ECC)
- Examples of users and associated (assigned) roles
- Explanation of the functionality of the User Maintenance and Role Administration modules in S/4 compared to ECC.
Module 2
- SAP terminology (transaction codes, roles, profiles, authorization objects)
- SUIM, SU24, SU53
- SAP roles and authorizations in S/4HANA 2020 (comparison with ECC variant) + examples in the S/4 system + explanation of the PFCG transaction + exercises
- Defining (explaining) the workflow for users, roles, and authorizations in S/4HANA.
Module 3
- Explanation of basic data found in role maintenance
- Details on creating single and composite roles + exercises
- Course graduates will be able to summarize how system users are created and administered
- SAP S/4 HANA, as well as the roles held by these users within the S/4 system
