The fact that it wasn't structured too rigidly and the trainer had an approach focused on our understanding of the material. For me, at least in a training session, it matters a lot that there isn't a overly professional atmosphere, but one of collaboration—where we don't feel inhibited to say what we didn't understand or if we want to revisit a topic. I appreciated that almost everything that could be covered was, so we had an overall view of Tableau and left with basic, foundational concepts that I can build upon if I work in this direction.
