The training is designed to be interactive, with participants engaged for over 80% of the time. Each session follows a similar dynamic: an exercise to introduce new habits (building awareness), a mini-lecture on techniques (knowledge), and an exercise to practice new tactics and techniques (skill). After closing each session, participants receive supplementary materials related to the session. Practical material is summarized with mini-lectures providing theoretical foundations and explaining basic psychological mechanisms that participants experience during the training session.
